The Role: Gymnasium Operations Manager

Our client is a dual site gymnasium business based near Southend-on-Sea. They urgently require an Operations Manager to help grow the client base across the sites.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Oversee 20 staff members
• Sales experience- help grow the corporate partnership programme
• Increase customer retention figures
• Monitor targets
• Staff motivation
• Exceptional leadership skills and qualities
• Experience working in a gym/sports centre
• High level of confidence
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK Driving License is essential
• OTE- £31,500
