Job Description

We are looking for an Insurance Technician to join our client’s operations team in the Cheltenham area.

You will need to provide efficient, effective and expert administrative support to the Technical team & broking divisions.

Your responsibilities:    

  • Creating documents
  • Gathering information from files and use the data to complete standard document templates for distribution both internally and externally
  • Data Entry – Fully and accurately enter, amend, update and submit data onto the relevant systems.
  • Process premium and/or claims documentation.
  • Management information – create and main electronic and paper files
  • Respond to routine inquiries and provide information in a timely manner

Ideal Candidate:

  • Established work experience within the insurance sector.
  • Ability to analyse and identify key information.
  • Able to follow documented processed and procedures for the production of documentation, data entry and information management.
  • Ability to problem solve using policies and procedures
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Attainment of Certificate CII

Salary – paying up to £26,000

35 hours per week
