Job Description

Our client is looking to expand their busy team within their Customer Service department. 


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Able to use in-house systems
  • Providing ETA's to customers 
  • Communicating with customers by telephone & email
  • Providing help and advice to customers/suppliers/contractors using our organisation's products and/ or services.
  • Handling driver/customer documents
  • Investigating and solving customer service problems.
  • Carrying out excellent customer service 
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Logging records of customers.
  • Contributing to the improvement of customer service procedures, policies and standards the department and organisation.
  • Meeting with other colleagues to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
  • Continuously learning about the organisation's products services and keeping up to date with changes.
  • Other required general administrative duties.


Skills Required:

• Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Office

• Good customer service skills

• Ability to work in a small team but also be self-sufficient

• Experience in shipping/logistics in any mode
